Shipping & Returns – Stokerij Sculte
At Stokerij Sculte, we do our best to ship your order quickly, carefully, and safely. Below you'll find all information about shipping costs, delivery time, receipt, and returns.
Shipping
Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if available).
Please note: during busy periods or around holidays, delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
- Orders up to €80,-: €7.25 shipping costs
- Orders from €80,-: free shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery & Receipt (Signature / Age Verification)
Because we sell products that fall under alcoholic beverages, the carrier may ask you to:
- sign upon receipt, and/or
- perform an age check
Therefore, make sure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery day. Can't be home? Then use a delivery appointment (if offered by the carrier) or have the package delivered to neighbors.
Incorrect address provided?
Always check your details carefully. If the address was entered incorrectly and the package therefore does not arrive or is returned to us, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help find a solution. Additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address may in some cases be at the customer's expense.
Returns
We understand that you sometimes might change your mind or that something isn't quite as expected. As our products are (partially) alcoholic, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis after consultation.
Requesting a Return
Would you like to return something? Please contact us first. Together, we will look at what is possible and what the best solution is for your situation.

Please include the following in your message:
- your order number
- the product you wish to return
- the reason (optional, helps us improve)
- any photos (in case of damage/transport problems)
Conditions (general)
If a return is possible, we usually ask that:
- the product is unopened and unused
- it is in its original packaging
- you package it well for return, so it is not damaged during transport
Unfortunately, we cannot always fully reimburse returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery?
Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive the wrong product? We are, of course, happy to resolve this properly.
Please contact us as soon as possible and send (if possible) photos of:
- the exterior of the box
- the damaged product
- the shipping label
This will allow us to quickly process a suitable solution.
Refund
After receiving and checking the return shipment (if agreed), we will process the refund as quickly as possible via the same payment method you used to pay.
