Characteristic
On the nose, a powerful, fresh scent of juniper berries with a spiciness reminiscent of anjelica root but also a hint of clove. The juniper berry comes through beautifully on the palate, accompanied by a slight bitterness and some vanilla notes from the wood. The aftertaste is mouth-filling and slightly sweet with a hint of juniper berry.
